摘要: 为解决当前高校工程教育中存在的“痛点”问题,针对个性化规模经济,提出一种双创工程教育生态服务系统。该系统
基于生态服务理念,将学校、企业、政府、社会等多元融合,形成闭环的协同教育。根据生态服务特性和人才培养服务需求,设
计了系统服务策略、服务模式和协同机制。以大理大学工程类专业和优势特色发展为例,构建跨界工程专业群和双创服务课
程体系。通过建立人才质量评价标准,保证了企业和社会用人单位对人才的满意度。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of "pain point" in college engineering education, an ecological service system of
entrepreneurship and innovation in engineering education is proposed in view of individualized scale economy. Based on the concept of
ecological service, the system integrates schools, enterprises, government and society, and forms a closed loop of collaborative
education. According to the characteristics of ecological service and the demands of personnel training service, the system service
strategy, service mode and collaborative mechanism are designed. Taking the engineering specialty and development advantages of
Dali University as an example, the transboundary engineering specialty group and the dual-service curriculum system are constructed.
Through the talent quality evaluation standard, the degree of satisfaction of enterprises and social employing units with talents is
guaranteed.
