摘要： 按照深入推进“互联网+党建工作”和进一步加强“智慧党建”的要求，分析“互联网+”背景下高校学生党建工作的必要 性和意义，剖析大理大学学生党建工作现状与不足，并围绕学生党员的思想教育、党员管理、党建宣传、工作平台和队伍建设等 5个方面，提出互联网背景下高校学生党建工作的实践路径，更好地推进“智慧党建”工作。

Abstract: In accordance with the requirements of deepening "Internet Plus Party Building Work" and further strengthening "Smart Party Building", the author analyses the necessity and significance of party building work for college students under the background of "Internet Plus", as well as the current situation and shortcomings of the party building work of Dali University students. In addition, this paper puts forward the practice path of college students' party building under the background of the Internet for better promotion of "Smart Party Building", focusing on five aspects including ideological education, party member management, party building publicity, work platform and team building of student party members.
