Mg2+掺杂的AgInS2的制备及可见光催化活性研究

Study on the Preparation and Visible-Light Photocatalyic Activity of Mg2+ Doped AgInS2

摘要: 采用低温液相法制备不同Mg2+∶In3+比例的Mg-AgInS2;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱、X射线光电子能谱法(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)对所制备样品进行形貌、结构和光学性质表征;在可见光照射下,通过降解罗丹明B(RhB)考察Mg2+掺杂量对AgInS2可见光催化活性的影响。研究结果表明:Mg2+成功掺杂到AgInS2中;当Mg2+∶ In3+=11∶6时,Mg-AgInS2的光催化活性最高,可见光照射90 min,对RhB的降解率可达93%。

Abstract:

Mg-AgInS2 with different ratios of Mg2+ In3+ were prepared by the low temperature liquid method and the morphology structure and optical properties of as-prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopeSEM), fluorescence spectrum X-ray photoelecrton spectroscopyXPS), ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectrometry and X-ray doffractionXRD. The effect of doping Mg2+ amount on the visible-light photocatalytic activity of AgInS2 was investigated through the degradation1 of Rhodamine B RhB under visible light irradiation. The experimental results displayed that Mg2+ was successfully doped into AgInS2 and Mg-AgInS2 with Mg2+ In3+=116 showed the highest photocatalytic activity. The degradation efficiency of RhB by Mg-AgInS2 with the optimal ratio could reach 93% under visible light irradiation for 90 min.
