VR技术在高校网球教学中的应用

摘要: 当前很多高校网球课堂教学采用的是传统的教学方式。为了改善当前的教学现状,运用VR技术探讨PBL教学法在网球课堂中的应用。研究表明:在身体素质方面,实验组和对照组的成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且实验组的成绩提升幅度要明显高于对照组;在专项技能方面,实验组和对照组上手发球、底线对拉和正反手击球的成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明基于VR技术的PBL教学法更有利于规范学生的技术动作,加深学生对网球运动的理解与认识,有利于专业能力的继续培养,防止运动损伤的出现。

Abstract:

Many colleges and universities are adopting the traditional teaching method in tennis classroom teaching. In order to improve the current teaching situation VR technology is used to explore the application of PBL teaching method in tennis class. The results showed that in terms of physical fitness there was a statistic difference between the grades of the experimental group and the control groupP<0.01), and the improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group as for the special skills overhand serve bottom line opposite pull and forehand and backhand shots grades have significant differences in the experimental group and the control groupP<0.01. It shows that PBL teaching method based on VR technology is more advantageous to standardize the student's technical movement deepen student's understanding of tennis and understanding to continue the development of professional ability prevent the occurrence of sports injury.
