摘要：

选取2010—2019年我国31个省市彩票涉及6个评价指标的年度数据，采用因子分析法对彩票销售情况计算综合评价得分，并从横向角度和纵向角度进行分析。结果表明：横向角度显示不同省份在同一年份福利彩票的销量存在较大差异；纵向角度显示同一省份在不同年份福利彩票和全部彩票销售因子综合得分大体呈稳步递增趋势。

Abstract:

This article selects the annual data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019 involving 6 evaluation indicators， and uses the factor analysis method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation score of lottery sales， then analyze from both horizontal and vertical perspectives. The results show that： from a horizontal point of view， there are large differences in the sales volume of welfare lottery tickets in different provinces in the same year； from a vertical point of view， the comprehensive scores of welfare lottery tickets and all lottery sales factors in the same province in different years show a steady increasing trend in general.
