左甲状腺素联合音乐疗法治疗妊娠期亚临床性甲状腺功能减退症临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Subclinical Hypothyroidism in Pregnancy with Levothyroxine Combined with Music Therapy

摘要: 目的:探讨左甲状腺素联合音乐疗法对妊娠期亚临床性甲状腺功能减退症(SCH)孕妇的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年
12月至2023年3月在苏州市相城人民医院产科门诊收治的SCH孕妇100例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组
(单纯使用左甲状腺素治疗)和试验组(左甲状腺素联合音乐疗法),比较2组孕妇治疗前后甲状腺功能指标,血脂代谢指标,同
型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸水平,焦虑、抑郁情绪及妊娠合并症发生情况。结果:2组孕妇治疗后血清促甲状腺激素含量均较治疗
前显著降低(P<0.01),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血脂代谢指标、Hcy与叶酸水平组间比较差异无统计学意义
(P>0.05);试验组焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组明显改善,且试验组妊娠合并症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左甲状
腺素联合音乐疗法可有效改善SCH孕妇焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少妊娠合并症的发生,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine combined with music therapy in the treatment of
subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) in pregnant women. Methods: A total of 100 pregnant women diagnosed with SCH, admitted to the
department of obstetrics at Xiangcheng People's Hospital in Suzhou from December 2022 to March 2023, were divided into the control
group (treated with levothyroxine alone) and the experimental group (treated with levothyroxine combined with music therapy) using
the random number table method. Thyroid function indicators, lipid metabolism indicators, homocysteine (Hcy) and folic acid levels,
anxiety, depression, and pregnancy complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The serum
thyroid stimulating hormone contents in both groups significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01), but the intergroup differences were
not statistically significant( P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in lipid metabolism indicators, Hcy, and folic acid
levels between the two groups( P>0.05). The anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group improved significantly compared to
the control group, and the incidence of pregnancy complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control
group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Levothyroxine combined with music therapy can effectively improve anxiety and depression in pregnant
women with SCH, reduce the occurrence of pregnancy complications, and is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
