摘要:

目的:对急诊科发生护理纠纷的原因进行总结,整理出护理纠纷的防范措施。方法:从服务态度、操作技能等方面分析
护理纠纷发生的原因,针对性的采取防范措施。结果:护理服务水平和质量得到提升,护患关系改善,护理投诉明显下降。结
论:完善急诊科护士理论、伦理及操作培训,提高护理人员从业技能,是预防护理纠纷发生的关键。

Abstract:

Objective: To summarize the causes of nursing dispute in Emergency Department and to provide precautions. Methods:
Based on the service attitude and operation skills, this paper analyses the cause of nursing dispute and provides precautions. Results:
Nursing quality and relationship between nurse and patient were improved; meanwhile, nursing disputes decreased dramatically.
Conclusion: The improvement of nurse theory, morality and professional skill is an effective way to avoid nursing disputes.
