摘要：

目的：观察普通针刺加鼠神经生长因子联合治疗面瘫患者的康复疗效。方法：选择面瘫住院患者60例随机分为两组，
每组30例，治疗组采用普通针刺加鼠神经生长因子联合治疗的方法，对照组采用普通针刺治疗。结果：临床治愈26例，显效
24例，有效6例，总有效率93.33%。结论：普通针刺加鼠神经生长因子联合治疗面瘫中后期疗效显著。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the curative effect of mNGF plus acupuncture on facial paralysis. Methods: 60 facial paralysis
patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each. The experiment group received mNGF plus acupuncture
treatment, while the control group received the ordinary acupuncture treatment. Results: 26 cases were cured, 24 cases had marked
effect，and six had effect, making the total effective rate 93.33%. Conclusion: mNGF plus acupuncture has good effect in the treatment
for facial paralysis.
