摘要：

一直以来，人们习惯于把艺术的功能局限在教化、认识和审美三大类之中，而忽略了其最本质的功能——医学功能。
从人类学和艺术史的角度梳理艺术作为心理治疗方法的种种理论根据，指出一部艺术史在某种意义上就是一部精神治疗史的
可能，并以文人画作为例证进行正面的阐述，以此来构建艺术作为疗效的新的艺术功能论说。

Abstract:

Traditionally, research on artistic functions mainly focus on its educational, cognitive, and aesthetic aspects, whereas the
most fundamental part: therapeutic function has been practically neglected. This article summarizes major theories on the effects of art
as psychological treatment from the perspective of anthropology and art history, and concludes that the history of art, in a sense, could
also be regarded as a history of psychiatric treatment. Taking literati paintings as the examples, this paper illustrates the new
interpretation of artistic function as art therapy.
