基于指纹图谱和化学计量学的多基原秦艽药材化学品质比较研究

Species Differentiation and Quality Assessment of Gentiana by High-performance Liquid Chromatographic Fingerprint and Chemometrics Analysis

摘要: 目的:比较秦艽药材3种基原药材秦艽、小秦艽和粗茎秦艽的化学品质差异,为多基原秦艽药材品质评价提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,建立3种药材的HPLC指纹图谱,结合化学计量学方法对其品质进行比较。结果:3种药材的化学指纹图谱种间相似度有一定差异,与秦艽药材共有模式图谱相比,秦艽种内相似度均大于0.990;小秦艽与其种间相似度为0.864和0.823;粗茎秦艽在0.643 ~ 0.912之间。聚类分析和主成分分析将17批秦艽药材分成秦艽、小秦艽和粗茎秦艽3类。结论:秦艽、小秦艽、粗茎秦艽3种药材化学成分存在一定差异,但主要成分峰形特征相似;化学计量学方法可用于不同品种秦艽的基原识别。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the chemical quality among three species of Gentiana. Methods: HPLC fingerprints of the three kinds of Gentiana have been established and analyzed with chemometric methods including similarity evaluation, hierarchical cluster analysis and principal component analysis. Results: There is significant difference among the three species of Gentiana expressed by the fingerprint patterns. The result of chemometric analysis indicated that 17 samples were classified into three categories.Conclusion: HPLC fingerprint combined with chemometrics analysis is an effective method for the discrimination of different groups of herbal medicines.
