摘要/Abstract

摘要： 适宜的家庭训导策略有助于儿童的人格、社会性的健康发展。首先有关父母训导的阐释回归和重构了训导的本意，然
后将儿童视为家庭系统中“平等的首席”探讨训导应遵循的基本原则，最后介绍三种可资借鉴的训导方法：行为矫正、社会学习
及民主式儿童训练法。

关键词: 训导, 父母, 规则

Abstract: Appropriate family discipline strategy helps children's personality and social development in a healthy way. This paper
first interprets parental discipline and reconstructs the original meaning of the discipline, and then discusses the basic principles of
parental discipline by regarding children as the dominant role in an equal family system, an finally it introduces three methods of
parental discipline: behavior correction, social learning and democratic child training.
