洱海流域不同种植年限玫瑰盛花期害虫及其天敌资源调查

摘要: 为研究洱海流域不同种植年限玫瑰盛花期害虫及其天敌种类、时序动态及多样性,在2019年5~8月的玫瑰盛花期,采
用陷阱法和随机采集法进行调查,共采集510头标本,其中害虫404头,隶属5目15科25个种,天敌106头,隶属6目8科12个
种。应用多样性指数进行群落多样性特征分析,结果显示:不同种植年限玫瑰盛花期的主要害虫及天敌的种类及优势种群差
异不大,数量及种类以一年生最多;不同种植年限玫瑰盛花期害虫种类和数量峰值均出现在盛花中期,但天敌群落则在不同种
植年份有差异;应用DPS软件计算主要害虫与天敌的关联度,结果表明:不同种植年份害虫与天敌的关联度存在差异,其中姬
蛙科多疣狭口蛙(Kaloula verrucosa)可作为天敌,能有效控制玫瑰种植区的虫害。

Abstract: In order to study the species, temporal dynamics and diversity of pests and their natural enemies during the full-blossom periods of roses in different planting years in Erhai basin, traps and random capture methods were used from May to August 2019 to collect a total of 510 specimens, including 404 pests(belonging to 5 orders, 15 families, 25 species) and 106 natural enemies
(belonging to 6 orders, 8 families, 12 species). Diversity index were used to analyze their community diversity characteristics. The
results showed that the species and the dominant population of main pests for roses and their natural enemies are of no great difference in different planting years, with most of them being yearly species. The peaks of pest species and number all appeared in the middle of full-blossom periods, but the natural enemy communities were different in different planting years. DPS software were used to calculate the correlations between main pests and natural enemies, and results showed that their correlations are different in different planting years, and Kaloula verrucosa could be used as a natural enemy to effectively control the pests.
