黄脚胡蜂提取物对HepG2人肝癌细胞的抑制作用

Inhibitory Effects of Vespa velutina Extract on HepG2 Human Hepatoma Cells

摘要: 目的:研究黄脚胡蜂提取物对HepG2人肝癌细胞增殖的影响。方法:以不同浓度的黄脚胡蜂提取物作用于体外培养的
HepG2人肝癌细胞,MTT法检测吸光度,计算细胞抑制率。结果:1 000.0 μg/mL的黄脚胡蜂乙酸乙酯层提取物(HJ2)、正丁醇
层提取物(HJ3)、水层提取物(HJ4)和黄脚胡蜂乙醇总提取物(HJ5)对HepG2人肝癌细胞的抑制率分别为60.96%、62.95%、
62.39%和65.98%,且抑制作用随浓度的降低而减弱;黄脚胡蜂HJ2、HJ3、HJ4和HJ5的半数抑制浓度分别为211.8、173.6、124.0
和165.1 μg/mL。结论:黄脚胡蜂提取物对HepG2人肝癌细胞的体外生长均有一定程度的抑制作用,其中黄脚胡蜂水层提取物
和乙醇总提取物效果较好。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of Vespa velutina extract on the proliferation of HepG2 human hepatoma cells. Methods:
Vespa velutina extract of different concentrations were applied to HepG2 human hepatoma cells cultured in vitro, and MTT assay was
used to detect the absorbance value and calculate the cell inhibition rate. Results: The inhibition rates of ethyl acetate layer extract
(HJ2), n-butanol layer extract(HJ3), water layer extract(HJ4)and total ethanol extract(HJ5)of 1 000.0 μg/mL of Vespa velutina
on HepG2 human hepatoma cells were 60.96%, 62.95%, 62.39% and 65.98% respectively, and the inhibitory effects decreased with
the decrease of concentration; the half inhibition concentrations of HJ2, HJ3, HJ4 and HJ5 of Vespa velutina were 211.8, 173.6, 124.0
and 165.1 μg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: Vespa velutina extract has a certain inhibition effect on the growth of HepG2 human
hepatoma cells in vitro, and there is a dose-dependent effect, among which the water layer and total ethanol extract of Vespa velutina
were better.
