Abstract: Seven years of educated youth in northern Shaanxi is an important experience for General Secretary Xi Jinping in his
growth. The course"The Basic Principles of Marxism" in colleges and universities can explore the integration of abstract positions，viewpoints and methods of Marxist with the vivid story of Xi Jinping's seven years of educated youth in seven knowledge points andteaching links，and interpret General Secretary's youth from the perspective of world outlook and methodology. It exerts influence of ideological and political education onthe thoughts and souls of the majority of the youth.
