［摘要］在坚持和发展中国特色社会主义进入新时代的背景下，昆明的高质量发展离不开特色文化内涵和城市精神的支撑。为了尽快实现昆明市委、市政府提出的城市建设战略目标，高品位塑造昆明集现代化和传统文化为一体的新型城市形象，从铸牢根基底蕴、激发内生动力、体现现代魅力、夯实基础保障、实现文化与精神双认同、创建创新型城市文化内涵等方面，挖掘昆明特色文化内涵，以培育和塑造出与时俱进的昆明现代城市精神。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Under the background of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era， the high-quality development of Kunming cannot be separated from the support of characteristic cultural connotation and urban spirit. In order to realize the strategic goal of urban construction proposed by Kunming municipal Party committee and Kunming municipal government as soon as possible， to achieve high quality shaping Kunming's new city image of combining modernization and tradition， it is necessary to excavate the characteristic cultural connotation of Kunming by consolidating the foundation guarantee， realizing the dual identity of culture and spirit， and creating the cultural connotation of innovative city in order to cultivate and shape Kunming modern city spirit advancing with the times.
