基于网络平台的个体化随访指导在基础胰岛素患者中的应用分析

摘要: 目的:基于网络平台的个体化随访指导对初次使用基础胰岛素患者的血糖控制效果及依从性分析。方法:对大理大学第一附属医院20181月至20195月初次使用基础胰岛素的539例患者进行网络平台个体化随访指导,回顾性分析患者的一般资料及随访各阶段患者的血糖监测数据等,并对其中多个因素进行多重线性回归分析。结果:在随访期内,空腹血糖达标率为(69.73±3.25%,餐后2 h血糖达标率为(74.63±1.49%;多重线性回归分析发现,初始空腹血糖与初始胰岛素剂量具有相关性(P<0.05),入组时餐后2 h血糖与病程、年龄、体质指数具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:基于网络平台的个体化随访指导可以改善初次使用胰岛素患者的血糖控制效果,提高患者胰岛素用药依从性。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect and compliance of individualized follow-up guidance based on the network platform on blood glucose control in patients using basal insulin for the first time. MethodsFrom January 2018 to May 2019 539 patients who first used basal insulin in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University were given individualized follow-up guidance on the network platform. The general information and blood glucose monitoring data at various stages of the follow-up patients were retrospectively analyzed and multiple linear regression analysis was performed on many factors. Results During the follow-up period the rate of fasting blood glucose up to standard was 69.73±3.25% and the rate of up to 2 h postprandial blood glucose was 74.63±1.49%. Multiple linear regression analysis found that there was a correlation between the initial fasting blood glucose and the initial insulin doseP<0.05), and there was a correlation between the blood glucose at 2 h after meals when included in the study group and the course of disease age and body mass indexP<0.05. Conclusion The individualized follow-up guidance based on the network platform can improve the glycemic control effect of the first-time insulin users and improve the patient's treatment compliance with insulin medication.
