消费自由的价值内涵——兼论消费主义的消费自由观

摘要: 自由是现代价值的核心理念,在实然层面和应然层面有着消极和积极之分。消费自由和自由消费作为自由的具体表现形态,也与之对应,属于性质不同的两种消费权利。二者有别于消费主义的消费自由观。在解读自由的基础上,对消费自由和自由消费进行辨析,不仅在于揭示消费主义消费自由的奴役之实,更在于正消费自由之名。

Abstract:

Freedom is the core of modern values and there are negative freedom and positive freedom in the actual level and the ought-to-be level. As concrete forms of freedom freedom of consumption and free consumption are corresponding to negative freedom and positive freedom and they are different rights with different natures. What is more they both differ from the view of consumption freedom in consumerism. On the basis of interpreting freedom freedom of consumption and free consumption are differentiated and analyzed. Its significance not only lies in revealing the enslavement of the freedom of consumption in consumerism but also justifying the real freedom of consumption.
