钟花龙胆化学成分研究

摘要: 目的:研究钟花龙胆Gentiana nanobella干燥全株的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱等对钟花龙胆干燥全株75%乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,得到的单体化合物通过理化性质及现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从钟花龙胆干燥全株75%乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到8个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:熊果醇(1)、乌苏酸(2)、1β,2α,3α,24-四羟基-12--28-乌苏酸(3)、山楂酸(4)、钩藤苷元C5)、2α,3α,24-三羟基-12--28-齐墩果酸(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、(7'Z10'Z13'Z-十六碳三烯酸单甘油酯(8)。结论:所有化合物均首次从钟花龙胆中分离得到,其中钩藤苷元C5)、(7'Z10'Z13'Z-十六碳三烯酸单甘油酯(8)为首次从龙胆属植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Objective To study the chemical constituents of the dried whole-plant of Gentiana nanobella. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and gel permeation chromatography were used to isolate and purify the ethyl acetate fraction of the 75% ethanol extract of the dried whole-plant of G. nanobella. The isolated compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic techniques. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the 75% ethanol extract of the dried whole-plant of G. nanobella and identified as uvaol1), ursolic acid2), 1β,2α,3α,24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid3), maslinic acid4), uncargenin C5), 2α,3α,24-trihydrxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid6), daucosterol7), and 7'Z10'Z13'Z-hexadecatrienoic acid monoglyceride8. Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from G. nanobella for the first time among which uncargenin C5 and 7'Z10'Z13'Z-hexadecatrienoic acid monoglyceride8 were first isolated from genus Gentiana.
