基于Web of Science铁死亡文献科学计量学分析

摘要:

目的:从科学计量学角度分析Web of Science数据库核心合集中近十年铁死亡相关研究的热点内容和发展趋势,为后续深入探索该领域提供参考。方法:在Web of Science数据库核心合集中进行检索,检索术语为“Ferroptosis”,索引日期为“2012-01-01”至“2021-12-31”,文献类型选择“article”,对所收集到的数据进行科学计量学分析。结果:共检索到铁死亡相关文献2 254篇,发文量呈逐年上升趋势,其中发文量最多的国家为中国,机构发文量最多的为上海交通大学;机构时间共现网络显示中国机构虽发文量较多但研究起步较晚;铁死亡研究方向主要分布在生物化学与分子生物学方面;共现关键词最多的聚类为铁死亡相关疾病的治疗与预后;被引爆发关键词显示细胞凋亡、氧化应激为前5年研究热点,疾病、p53为近5年研究热点;铁死亡相关疾病研究量前三位分别为乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌。结论:铁死亡是目前研究的热点话题,中国在铁死亡相关研究领域处于相当积极的状态,随着时间的推移,研究重点由研究机制的基础实验逐渐转向铁死亡相关疾病治疗与预后的临床研究。

Abstract: Objective To explore the hot topics and development trends of research related to ferroptosis in the Core collection of the Web of Science database in recent 10 years using scientometric analysis and provide reference for further research in this field. Methods A search was conducted in the Core collection of the Web of Science database using the term "Ferroptosis" and the index date range of "2012-01-01" to "2021-12-31". The literature type was set to "article" and the collected data were subjected to scientometric analysis. ResultsA total of 2 254 literatures related to ferroptosis were retrieved and the number of published papers showed an increasing trend year by year. The country with the largest number of published papers was China and the institution with the largest number of published papers was Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The institutional temporal co-occurrence network showed that although Chinese institutions published more papers their research started late. The main research directions of ferroptosis were biochemistry and molecular biology. The cluster with the most co-occurrence keywords was the treatment and prognosis of ferroptosis-related diseases. The cited outburst keywords showed that apoptosis and oxidative stress were the research hotspots in the first 5 years while diseases and p53 were the research hotspots in the last 5 years. The top three ferroptosis-related diseases were breast cancer lung cancer and liver cancer. Conclusion Ferroptosis is currently a hot topic of research and China is actively engaged in the research field of ferroptosis. With the passage of time the research focus has gradually shifted from basic experiments on the mechanism of ferroptosis to clinical research on the treatment and prognosis of ferroptosis-related diseases.
