摘要：

构建中国话语和中国叙事体系是习近平文化思想的重要篇章。党的十八大以来，习近平总书记对构建中国话语和中国叙事体系的战略意义、关键环节、实践举措作出了一系列重要论断，为构建中国话语和中国叙事体系提供了根本遵循。只有在习近平文化思想的科学指引下，才能不断提升国家文化软实力和中华文化影响力，为共同铸就中华文化新辉煌、谱写民族复兴新华章提供有利国际舆论条件。

关键词: 习近平文化思想, 国际传播, 讲好中国故事

Abstract:

The construction of China's discourse and narrative system is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important assertions regarding the strategic significance, key links, and practical measures for constructing China's discourse and narrative system, providing fundamental guidance for this endeavor. Only under the sound guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture can we continuously enhance the national cultural soft power and the cultural influence of Chinese civilization, thereby creating favorable international public opinion conditions for jointly forging new cultural splendor and composing a new chapter in national rejuvenation.
