Cultural industry is an important component of the economic and social development of a district. According to the rules of the development of cultural industry, combined with the characteristics of Dali's local culture, the paper makes an analysis of the conditions for its industrialization, explores the basic framework of its development and aims to promote its functions of economic growth, cultural prosperity, social harmony, political security and external publicity.
