目的：初步研究灯盏乙素体外对胃癌细胞的抑制。方法：采用二甲基噻唑二苯基四唑嗅盐(MTT)法测定不同浓度的灯盏乙素对胃癌细胞SGC-7901、BGC-823的抑制作用。结果：灯盏乙素在1 mg／mL时，对胃癌细胞SGC-7901有抑制作用，抑制率为47．07％，且抑制作用与药物浓度呈正相关；灯盏乙素在1 mg／m[ 时，对胃癌细胞BGC-823无抑制作用。结论：灯盏乙素对胃癌细胞SGC-7901有抑制作用，对BGC-823无抑制作用。
Objective：To study preliminarily the efect of anti-tumor activity of Scutellarin-7-0-g1u l1r0nide on gastric cancel cell lines． Methods：MTT assay was applied to investigate the inhibitmy effect of Scutellarin-7-O-glucuronide on gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 and BGC-823．Results：With Seutellarin-7-0-glucuronide concentration of 1 mg／mL，the inhibitory proportion on SGC-7901 was 47．7％, MTT results showed that there was a dose-dependence and time-dependence manner with Scutellarin-7-0-glucuronide inhibitm3,effect on SGC-7901 cell line．And there was no inhibitory efect observed on BGC-823 cell line with Scutellarin-7-o-glucuronide concentration of 1 mg／mL．Conclusion：Seutellarin-7-o-glucuronide at concentration of 1 mg／mL exhibited anti-tumor activity on SGC-791 gastric cancer cell and on anti-tumor activity on BGC-823 cell line．
