云南省医学院校辅导员队伍建设现状研究

目的:研究当前云南省医学院校辅导员队伍建设的现状及存在的问题并提出针对性建议。方法:采用自编的调查问卷和访谈的方式对昆明医学院、云南中医学院、大理学院、云南医学高等专科学校的辅导员队伍建设情况进行测查和了解。结果:尽管云南省医学院校在加强辅导员队伍建设方面取得了一定的成效,但是还存在着队伍结构不合理、准入制度不完备、管理绩效低、培养机制缺乏、考核制度不客观、人员流动机制缺失的问题。结论:应从完善选聘机制、培训机制、管理机制、展业机制4个方面入手解决云南省医学院校辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题。

Current Situation of Instructor Team Construction in Yuiman Medical Colleges

0bjectives:To investigate the current status and problems of the instructor team construction in yunnan medical coleges and to provide some specific recommendations Methods:Interviews and self-designed questionnaires were applied to college instrnetors from Kunming Medical University,Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medical College,Dali University and Yunnan Medical Higher Academy.Results:Despite some achievements,there are still such problems as irrational team structure,incomplete seleetion system.low management
performance,deficient training mechanisms,and non-objective assessment system.Conclusions:hnprovement of selection system,training system,management system and development system could solve the problems arising from the construction of college instructors team in Yunnan medical colleges.
