地契是东巴文应用性文献的重要类别，对于研究纳西族政治经济、历史民俗、语言文字和社会关系有很高的学术价值。根据对整张地契的东巴象形文字逐字逐句地进行译释，然后按文中内容和残缺部位的大小，对所缺部位进行推断填充，从而使整张地契达到阅读的顺畅与内容的完整。
Title deed which is an important type of Dongba applied document has high academic value in the research of politics,economy, history, folklore, linguistics and social relation of Naxi nationality.Dongba hieroglyphs on the title deed were translated and annotated, then the missing parts were inferred and filled so as to smooth the reading and complete the contents.
