叶穗香茶菜地下部分化学成分研究

目的:研究叶穗香茶菜地下部分的主要化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶和反相材料色谱法分离纯化,利用现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从石油醚部分中分离鉴定了4个化合物,分别是甘油三亚油酸酯(1)、二十六烷醇(2 )、茁-谷甾醇(3 )、3β-羟基-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22E-二烯( 4)。结论:化合物均为首次从叶穗香茶菜地下部分获得.

Chemical Constituents from the Underground Parts of Isodon phyllostachys

Objective: To explore the chemical constituents from the underground parts of Isodon phyllostachys. Methods: The compounds were isolated by using column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and RP-18. The structures of the resulting compounds were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods. Results: Four compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of underground parts of I. phyllostachys, and were identified to be trilinolein(1), 1-hexacosanol(2 ), β-sitosterol( 3),and 5, 8-epidioxy-5α, 8α-ergosta-6,22E-dien-3β-ol(4 ).Conclusion: Compounds were isolated from the underground parts of I. phyllostachys for the first time.
