某镇部分饮用井水污染状况研究

目的:对祥云县某镇饮用井水水质进行监测评价。方法:以大理州鹤庆县本地蚕豆为材料,应用蚕豆根尖微核检测技术,以祥云县某镇周边采集5个具有代表性的井水为样品进行监测评价。结果:1号、2号、3号、4号、5号水样诱发的微核千分率分别为8.25‰、6.61‰、8.24‰、4.17‰、3.61‰;其中1号、2号、3号水样为中污染,4号水样为轻污染,5号水样为基本没有污染。结论:该镇部分饮用井水存在一定的污染。

On the Contamination Status of Part of a Town's Drinking Well Water

Objective: To monitor and evaluate the drinking well water quality of a town of Xiangyun County. Methods:
Micronucleus tests were conducted in Vicia faba root tips treated respectively with the five representative samples collected from a town of Xiangyun County. Results: The micronuclear rates induced by No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 and No.5 were 8.25‰, 6.61‰,8.24‰, 4.17‰ and 3.61‰. According to the PI, No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 were moderate pollution; No. 4 was slight pollution; and No. 5 was almost no pollution. Conclusion: Part of the town's drinking well water is contaminated.
