“三月街”作为国家级的非物质文化遗产，包含着丰富的民族文化价值。在不同的历史时期，形成了不同的社会功能，探讨其成因和所蕴含的民族文化认同价值、人本关怀价值以及文化承载的功能所蕴含的意义，对白族节日未来的发展方向是很有价值和意义的。
As a national intangible cultural heritage, March Street Festival contains rich national cultural values. The paper analyzes the different social functions of the festival in different historic periods, and discusses its causes, the values of national cultural identification and human care, and also the meaning loaded in the culture. The paper then proposes that the future development of the Bai festivals has great values and significance.
