HPLC法测定小儿金翘颗粒中连翘苷的含量

目的:建立小儿金翘颗粒中连翘苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以0.1%磷酸-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长277 nm。结果:连翘苷进样量在0.5~5.0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.25%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于小儿金翘颗粒的质量控制。

Determination of Forsythin in Xiaoerjinqiao Granules by HPLC

Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of Forsythin in Xiaoerjinqiao Granules. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)was applied with the condition of 0.1% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile as mobile phase for gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.5-5.0 μg for Forsythin, r=0.999 9; the average recovery was 99.3%, and relative standard deviation RSD=0.25%(n=6).Conclusion: The established method is accurate and reliable, and can be used to determine the Forsythin in Xiaoerjinqiao Granules.
