“五位一体”下的高校班级民主管理探索与实践
———以大理学院2010级A班为个案

将大理学院A班正在试验的新型班级管理模式作为平台，从班级权力机构、班委会、班主任、监督机构、广大同学这五个方面进行分析，探索“五位一体”的班级管理模式，以进一步推进班级建设的完善和大学生的自我发展。

Taking the Class A which is implementing the new-pattern management system in Dali University as a platform, this article analyzes from five aspects regarding class power institution, class committee, class advisor, supervisory institution and all students, and explores class management system of "Five-in-One" so that class management system can become more complete and college students' personal development can be advanced.

Abstract:

Taking the Class A which is implementing the new-pattern management system in Dali University as a platform, this article analyzes from five aspects regarding class power institution, class committee, class advisor, supervisory institution and all students, and explores class management system of "Five-in-One" so that class management system can become more complete and college students' personal development can be advanced.
