普通环境下使用生物安全笼盒BSC系统进行SPF级小鼠的繁殖研究

目的:在普通环境下使用BSC系统,探索繁育清洁级小鼠实验的可行性。方法:将引进的60只SPF级小鼠饲养在BSC系统,母鼠和子一代小鼠饲养1月龄、2月龄、3月龄时,分别随机选取5只,进行质量检测,质量检测依照GB14922原2001(SPF级标准)要求的项目进行检测。结果:随机选出的30只小鼠经质量检测,各项目均符合GB 14922原2001的要求。结论:在严格控制条件的情况下,在普通环境下使用BSC繁育清洁级小鼠是完全可行的;BSC净化效果良好,能够达到SPF级小鼠的环境要求。

Studies on Breeding SPF Mice in BSC at Ordinary Environment

Objective: In order to explore the feasibility of breeding clean mice in BSC system within general environment.Methods: 60 SPF mice of introduction were kept in BSC systems. When the first filial generation mice were 1 ,2 and 3 month old,five mice were randomly selected and made quality inspection. And the quality inspection would be in accordance with GB 14922-2001 (SPF standards). Results: The items of 30 mice were in line with the requirements of GB 14922-2001. Conclusion: In the strictly controlled conditions, breeding SPF mice in BSC at conventional facility is feasible. Purification in the use of BSC is effective and it can meet the environmental requirements of SPF mice.
