主要讲述工业以太网在新兴铸管股份有限公司能源管控中心系统中的应用情况。采用九源天能提供的网络整体解决方
案,综合考虑能源系统的管网、数据采集基础自动化设备、新上产线的配套设施、旧能源工艺数据采集自动化装备、工业视频监控、现场仪表等,统一规划,实现新兴铸管能源管理系统工业网络建设。基于工业以太网技术,通过对能源数据进行采集、加工、分析、处理,使其与生产调度系统密切结合,完成生产与能源的协调管理。达到合理利用资源、节约能源,最大限度地降低生产成本,降低对环境的污染的建设目标。
This research focuses on the application of industrial ethernet in Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co. energy control system,
which adopts Jiuyuan networking solutions. This system includes comprehensive consideration of the energy system of the pipe network-based data acquisition automation equipment, supporting facilities of the new production line, the old energy technology data acquisition automation equipment, industrial video surveillance, field instruments, etc. By collecting processing and analyzing energy data through industrial ethernet technology, production scheduling system closely combines the coordination of production with energy management to achieve rational use of resources, energy conservation, and thus minimizes production costs, so we can reduce environmental pollution caused by the construction.
