构建校企合作的人才培养新模式
———以福建闽南理工学院为例

作为民办高等院校,大力发展校企合作是培养高级实用型人才的最佳途径。如何加强校企合作,在提高人才培养水平的
同时,推动企业的发展,实现资源共享,促进校企之间优势互补,是校企双方都要重点思考的问题。通过分析校企合作现有模式的弊端,提出相应的建议与对策,介绍了福建闽南理工学院的校企合作新模式及取得的成果。

Build the New Talent Training Model of School-enterprise Cooperation
———Take Fujian Minnan University of Science and Technology for Example

Developing school-enterprise cooperation is the best way to train senior practical talents for private higher school.How to strengthen cooperation, improve the level of talents training, at the same time, promote the development of the enterprise,realize resources sharing,is the key problem for school and enterprise both.It has analysed the disadvantages of existing model,put forward the suggestings and countermeasures, introduced the new model of school-enterprise cooperation and the achievements of Fujian Minnan University of Science and Technology.

Abstract:
