全面提高高等教育质量，是党中央、国务院作出的重大决策。为深入贯彻落实胡锦涛总书记在清华大学百年校庆重要讲
话精神和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020）》，教育部研究制定了《关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见》，提出了全面提高高等教育质量的30条具体措施。《教育部关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见》是新的历史时期全面提高高等教育质量的指导性文件。作为高等学校，我们要高度重视，采取切实有效措施，把《意见》的要求尽快落到实处，全面提高高等教育质量。
Overall improvement of the higher education quality is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the
State Council. To carry out General Secretary HU Jintao's important speech on Qinghua University centennial anniversary, as well as "National long-term educational reform and development plan （2010-2020）", the Ministry of Education issued "Several opinions on overall improvement of higher education quality" and proposed 30 specific measures. This document is the guidance to comprehensively improve the quality of higher education in the new historical period. Our university should attach great importance to take effective measures to implement under the requests on the documents.
