文章选取了思想政治教育前沿中的两大问题开展研究。一是从社会主义核心价值观的涵义及与社会主义核心价值体系
的关系，社会主义核心价值观凝练的重大意义和凝练的方法论等方面论述了凝练社会主义核心价值观的问题；二是择取道德领域突出问题之一的“搀扶老人”问题，论述了从中得到的关于加强道德建设和法制建设的四点启示。针对社会主义核心价值观的凝练和实践问题，提出了民主、公正、共富、和谐的社会主义核心价值观。针对“搀扶老人”所引发的诸多问题，提出了坚持德法兼修，把德治和法治有机结合起来的解决方法。
Two frontier problems of political and ideological education are studied in the paper. The first discusses the
summarization of socialist core value from its connotation and relationship with socialist core value system, as well as from the great significance and methodology of summarizing socialist core value. The second discusses four revelations in moral and legal constructions from one of the pressing moral issues of whether the falling elders should be helped by passers-by. The socialist core value of democracy, justice, getting rich together and harmony is put forward in the light of the summarization and practice of socialist core value. The integrity of morality and law is proposed in view of helping falling elders.
