饮食在人类生活中一直处于最重要的位置。我国自古以来就重视饮食，大理和绍兴作为我国两座历史文化名城，其饮食
文化丰富多彩，各有特色。可以从饮食食材、饮食制作、饮食口味、饮食心理等主要方面对绍兴和大理的饮食文化差异进行对比分析，然后再从地理环境、气候条件、物产资源、民族宗教、政治经济等方面对两地饮食文化差异的原因进行分析比较，进而总结饮食差异对两地文化的影响。
Diet always plays the most important part in human life．Chinese people put emphasis on diet since ancient times．Dali and Shaoxing，as two famous historical and cultural cities，have rich and colorful food culture respectively．This article mainly analyzes differences of the two regions diet cultures through the comparison of food ingredient，food production，food taste，diet psychology，etc．From the aspects of geographical environment，climate，natural resources，national religion as well as political ec0nomy．it analyzes the reasons of the differences between the two regions and draws a further conclusion of the influence of diet cultures on their cultures．
