Scientific concept of development is an impoaant guideline for Chinese economic and social development and the major strategic thoughts which must he insisted on and implemented to develop Socialism with Chinese characteristics．The relief and reconstruction of Wenchuan earthquake lively interprets the meaning and essence of the scientific development concept．During the relief struggle，the CPC and its government led the people and gave the strength of whole nation to achieve the great victory of relief struggle．which left behind glorious record in the history of Chinese nation．This acc0mDlishment was achieved under the guide of the Scientific Concept of Development，which makes the truth of the concept more reliable and credible．
