坚持应用型人才培养模式 提升教育教学质量

钱金栿《高校管理文集》准确客观地记录了大理学院10年来教学工作所走过的历程,该书既是纵览大理学院发展进程最
为真实的第一手资料,也是研究地方院校提升高等教育质量对策的科学思想论著。通过阅读《高校管理文集》,把大理学院教学
工作发展的成功经验总结为:一是准确定位人才培养目标,切合实际提高人才培养水平;二是着力加强教师队伍建设,循序渐进
提高教学质量;三是注重科学研究支撑,努力跻身高水平高等教育行列。

Adhering to Applied-Talent Training Pattern and Advancing Teaching Quality

The Anthology of University Management by QIAN Jinfu objectively and accurately records the course of teaching work of
Dali University in the recent decade. The anthology is the first-hand data to explore the development of Dali University and a
scientific ideological treatise to study teaching quality enhancement as well. After studying the anthology, successful experiences of
Dali University in teaching work are concluded as follows: firstly, the training goal was located accurately and suitably; secondly, the
construction of the contingents of teachers were enhanced and thus the teaching quality was gradually improved; thirdly, scientific
research was taken as the backbone to enter the high-leveld rank of higher education.

Abstract:

The Anthology of University Management by QIAN Jinfu objectively and accurately records the course of teaching work of
Dali University in the recent decade. The anthology is the first-hand data to explore the development of Dali University and a
scientific ideological treatise to study teaching quality enhancement as well. After studying the anthology, successful experiences of
Dali University in teaching work are concluded as follows: firstly, the training goal was located accurately and suitably; secondly, the
