Abstract:

In order to adapt to the requirements of the New Curriculum Reform, every teacher should take an active attitude, try his best to accumulate his professional knowledge, constantly reflect on his teaching, make innovation and self improvement, and take his own professional development path in his professional field. This paper discusses teachers' professional development path in the new era from such angles as independent learning, constant reflection, mutual cooperation and professional guide.
