自我效能感在家庭外支持与交往焦虑间的中介作用

摘要:

采用问卷调查法对892名大学生进行调查,以探讨自我效能感在大学生家庭外支持与社交焦虑的作用。结果显示:社交
焦虑与自我效能感(r=-0.291,P约0.001)和家庭外支持(r=-0.138,P约0.01)呈负相关;自我效能感在家庭外支持与社交焦虑间起着完全中介作用。可见,提高大学生对家庭外支持的主观感知能力和自我效能感水平,将有利于减缓其社交焦虑情绪。

Abstract:

892 college students were investigated through questionnaire survey,to discuss the effect of self-efficacy on extrafamilial support and social anxiety of college students. The relationship between social anxiety and self-efficacy and extrafamilial support are negative correlation. Self-efficacy has a full mediate effect on extrafamilial support and social anxiety. Improving the subjective perceived ability of college students in extrafamilial support and the level of self-efficacy can have good prospects of relieving social anxiety of college students.
