摘要:

事业单位实施绩效工资制度改革,对深化分配制度改革、提升公共服务水平将起到积极的促进作用,只有引入系统而全
面的绩效管理体系,科学、准确地衡量每个成员的绩效,合理运用绩效工资这一经济标准肯定人的价值,才能更好地引导组织成员行为趋向事业单位的组织目标,因此,建立完善的绩效管理体系是事业单位全面实行绩效工资改革的前提和基础。

Abstract:

The new performance -based pay system which is operating in institutional organizations will deepen the reform of
distribution system and enhance the level of public services .Only when we do introduce the systematic and comprehensive performance management system into institutional organizations, can we evaluate the performance of each member scientifically and accurately and guide the behavior of the staff towards the organizational goals. Therefore, to establish a perfect performance management system is the premise and basis for performance-based pay reform in institutional organizations.
