摘要：

党的十八大报告将推进生态文明建设独立成篇、集中论述，强调要把生态文明建设放在突出地位，融入经济建设、政治
建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程，努力建设美丽中国，实现中华民族永续发展。加快推进生态文明建设是以科学发展观为指导、加快经济发展方式转变的重点任务之一，具有重要的现实必要性和紧迫性。推动生态文明建设取得积极进展、收到良好成效就要在大力发展循环经济、倡导低碳生活方式、着力强化科技支撑、加强生态文明制度建设等方面下工夫。

关键词: 生态文明, 转变发展方式, 建设, 对策

Abstract:

The report of the Eighteenth National Congress discussed the promotion of ecological civilization construction, emphasizing its importance in economic, political, cultural and social constructions for a more beautiful country and a permanent and sustainable development of Chinese people. The promotion of ecological civilization construction, guided by scientific development view, is a key task with realistic necessity and urgency in the accelerated transformation of economic mode. To promote ecological civilization is to develop circular economy, advocate low-carbon lifestyle, reinforce scientific support and strengthen system construction.
