大屯海鲫鱼体内铜、锌重金属含量的测定及初步分析

以云南省红河州大屯海中的鲫鱼为研究对象,对鱼体的组织采用微波消解法及对水体中的水样利用湿法消解法进行消
解,TAS-990原子吸收分光光度计对鱼体组织器官内的锌、铜两种重金属元素含量进行检测,结果表明鲫鱼体内重金属含量分别为(10.9±3.4)mg/kg、(3.51±0.25)mg/kg;大屯海水体中重金属含量分别为(13.4±2.28)mg/kg、(9.8±0.72)mg/kg。

Abstract:

In this study, we analyzed the concentrations of heavy metals of Carassius auratus and water from Datun Lake, Yunnan province. By using the microwave digestion method, though the TAS-990 atomic absorption spectrophotometer,zinc, copper, two kinds of heavy metal contents of tissues of Carassius auratus were detected. The results showed that the heavy metals concentrations of Carassius auratus were: zinc(10.9±3.4)mg/kg, copper(3.51 ± 0.25)mg/kg, respectively. Heavy metal concentrations of water from Datun Lake were: zinc(13.4 ± 2.28)mg/kg, copper(9.8 ± 0.72)mg/kg respectively.
