摘要：

形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义、奢靡之风违背党的性质和根本宗旨，因此狠刹“四风”是巩固党的执政地位的必然选
择。狠刹“四风”不仅需要党员干部思想上的觉悟，更需要加强制度建设和落实。针对学校的具体情况，加强作风建设，将成为学校科学发展的强大动力，将带动校风、教风、学风的根本好转。

Abstract:

Formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism and squandering violate the nature and principle of the Communist Party. Therefore,stopping "four winds" is the inevitable choice of consolidating the Communist Party's ruling status. Stopping "four winds" should not only be aware by the Party members, but also be reinforced by the system construction and implement. Focusing on the current situation of the university, enhancing attitude construction will be the huge strength of the scientific development of the university and will promote the university spirit, teaching spirit and studying spirit.
