Abstract:

Following the press reform, system reform of newspapers and periodicals become matters of further deepening reform of the press and publication in the field. Reform of academic journals not only adapt to the Chinese social transformation, the market survival, the reform of the cultural system in the external environment changes represent the general trend, but also enhance their own strength, vying for the international academic discourse through the reform breakthrough development bottleneck. To search for new ways for the development of the China Academic Journal by clarifying difficulties in the reform and drawing on international experience is the urgent problem to solve.
