我国临终关怀现状及发展措施

摘要：

目的：分析我国临终关怀事业发现的现状及面临的困难。方法：通过文献查阅和分析，获得研究结果，然后提出相应发展
措施。结果：我国临终关怀事业发展缓慢，这与认识不足、经费不足、专业人员缺乏等因素有关。结论：加强全民科学生死观教育、加强医护人员的培训，完善有关临终关怀的制度、增加经费投入是发展我国临终关怀事业必要措施。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the current situation of hospice care in our country, and propose the development measures.
Methods: Problems were got from the literature review and analysis, and then development measures were proposed. Results:Hospice career development in China was slow. The reasons included understanding insufficiency, the lack of funding, lack of professionals and other factors. Conclusion: Strengthening education of science view of life and death, improving training about doctors and nurses, perfecting the institution about hospice care, increasing the funds investment are the necessary measures of the development of hospice care in our country.
