摘要:

目的:建立紫地榆总鞣质的含量测定方法。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,采用比色法测定紫地榆总鞣质的含量。结果:
以没食子酸计,紫地榆鞣质浓度在2.03~12.17 μg/mL 范围内与吸光度成良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4);平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为2.32%(n=8)。结论:该方法简便快速准确,可用于紫地榆总鞣质的含量测定。

Abstract:

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total tannins in Geranium strictipes. Methods: With Gallic acid as reference substance, the UV spectrophotometer was adopted to determine the content of total tannins. Results: With Gallic acid as a standard, Tannins of Geranium strictipes showed good linear relationship in the range of 2.03-12.17 μg/mL(r = 0.999 4). The average recovery was 99.1%, RSD was 2.32%(n=8). Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid and accurate, which could be used to measure the content of tannins in Geranium strictipes.
