习近平总书记发表的一系列讲话为我们提供了行动指南，我们要深入贯彻习总书记的讲话和党的十八届三中全会精
神，继续落实国家中长期教育规划纲要，以对口帮扶工作为落脚点，不断完善上下联动、各方协同创新的推进机制，实现大理大学梦。

Abstract:

A series of speech of the General Secretary Xi Jinping provide guidelines to us，we must thoroughly implement the spirits of the speech and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist，continue to implement the national longterm education planning outline. The whole college should start from the policy of "counterpart-assistance"，constantly improve the unified action，as well as the coordination and innovation，to actualize the Dali University dream.
