Abstract:

For the matter of contemporary Tibet，we often only passively defend against the West，thus falling into the western
discourse trap. In general，the West appears stronger whereas we weaker in terms of international discourse power for the matter of Tibet. We believe that the core matter of discourse power is psychological recognition. So only deeply root in psychological recognition， can we really establish a strategic plan of international discourse power for the matter of Tibet.
