Abstract:

During Ming and Qing Dynasties, Baofeng of Yunlong had made great achievements in educational institutions
construction, educational teaching and talent training, etc., because of adopting diversified measures in line with local conditions to develop private schools, academies and community-run schools. The development of education played an active role in improving nationality quality, accelerating economic development and maintaining security and stability in Baofeng area. It is also a great inspiration for the contemporary education, especially in moral education, integration of teaching, education and research, open education and so on. The analysis of the status and causes of Baofeng's education development during Ming and Qing Dynasties can help us to inherit the ancient education experience. It is of important significance to develop the contemporary education, deepen the
 eform of education system and promote the cultural construction.
