摘要：

通过对高校青年教师进行自我教育的必要性进行分析，提出高校青年教师可从两个方面进行自我教育：一是以着力激
发学生求知欲的教学反思来进行自我教育；二是以着力提高学生知识应用能力的教学实践来进行自我教育。

关键词: 高校青年教师, 自我教育, 必要性, 有效途径

Abstract:

This paper explores the necessity of college young teachers' self-education, and based on the analysis, the paper proposes that the self-education can start from two aspects: 1）the teaching reflection on arousing the curiosity of the students; 2）and the teaching practice in enhancing students' ability of knowledge application.
